🌐 Holiday Vending Remote Work Policy

At Holiday Vending, we believe that flexibility and structure go hand-in-hand. As a growing Florida vending machine supplier, we are committed to supporting our team with clear guidelines that empower productivity while maintaining our culture of reliability and care.

Purpose

This Remote Work Policy establishes the standards for working outside of the traditional office. Our goal is to ensure that all team members remain connected, supported, and aligned with Holiday Vending’s mission of providing healthy vending solutions in Florida.

Eligibility

  • Remote work is available for roles that do not require daily on-site machine service (e.g., administration, sales, marketing, scheduling, and customer support).

  • Eligibility is determined by job function, performance, and supervisor approval.

Expectations

  1. Availability & Communication

    • Team members must be accessible during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

    • All meetings will be conducted via Zoom, Teams, or phone.

    • Daily check-ins via Slack or email are required to keep the team aligned.

  2. Workspace

    • Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe, quiet, and professional workspace.

    • Reliable internet and secure access to company platforms are required.

  3. Productivity & Accountability

    • Tasks will be managed through project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello).

    • Weekly progress reports must be submitted by Friday close of business.

  4. Confidentiality & Data Security

    • Company data must only be accessed through secure, password-protected networks.

    • Sensitive documents should never be downloaded to personal devices without approval.

Equipment & Support

Holiday Vending will provide access to necessary tools (software, logins, and resources). Team members are expected to maintain their personal devices in good working condition.

Culture & Collaboration

Even while working remotely, we encourage collaboration. Team members are expected to contribute to virtual team meetings, celebrate wins, and share updates so we maintain the spirit of Southern hospitality that defines Holiday Vending.
